The dream about Elin <\/strong>became four novels:<\/p>\n

\nTANT BRUN<\/a> – Aunt Braun<\/p>\n

In the novel Camel-hair coat\u00a0<\/a>Elin makes a journey in space and time. In company with her boyfriend she heads east with the goal to lay a flower on her grandmothers grave.
\nBut on the other shore of the Baltic sea she only finds mass graves which witness of a horrifying time.
\nThis world war time in the middle of Europe is portrayed in the perspective\u00a0of a family and the reader follows the fate of the family members which is escape, death, murder and destruction. There are still hope of new life though the grandfather of Elins boyfriends reveals himself to have been participating in killing women and children;\u00a0Elin gets pregnant during their journey!<\/p>\n

Short biography:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Matilda Matsson\u00a0is made in a lunch\u00a0brake\u00a0at the nurse home of the hospital\u00a0Karolinska sjukhusets<\/em> in Stockholm where her mother worked so she is also born and baptized at this hospital. She spent her childhood in the suburb T\u00e4by together with a foreigner mother and a Swedish father.<\/p>\n

She has worked; postman, conductor, receptionist in sailing club, extra actor, nursing assistant, memory trainer, museum guide, upper secondary school teacher, instructor of yoga.
\nShe has been studying; B A in Economic history and M A in Literature.
\nShe has published novels, short stories, essays and articles and she has been teaching creative writing.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
